Last month, I purchased a ticket from Northwest to Seattle to my best friend's blessingway. Well, with what is going on with my in-laws, I can't go. The ticket is non-refundable. Any tips for seeing if I can get a refund? I can change the itenerary and may choose to do that but I am preparing myself to get a refund. Thanks.

I seriously doubt you'll get a refund, but every airline I can think of will use it as a credit for a future flight anytime in the next 12 months.

I doubt you'll get a refund...but you can make changes to the date or destination for a fee. That's how I'm going to see Joyce!

Some airlines will allow you to make changes up to a year in advance.

I doubt you will get a refund as well. The only time I was able to get one was to produce the death certificate of the person who would have been flying. But they do let you reschedule, usually for a fee. Good luck, Sarah
