I just had someone do a Payment Reversal without their even emailing or anything. It was for a video they wanted. How can someone do this? How is this possible?!?!

During a recent review of our system, we determined that you received funds from an account with reports of fraudulent bank account use. In accordance

The transaction was reversed because you were not covered by PayPal's Seller Protection Policy. Please note that this withholding is in accordance with our User Agreement, Section VII, Paragraph 3.

That's scary--I sell things all the time that don't qualify for the seller's protection policy. It sounds like the account was being used fradulently in some way, so all the payments made to others were undone. Did you ship it yet?

Could be something as simple as an expired CC or closed account.

I would email the buyer.

I panicked thinking that I had...but then I saw the video...I am so upset about this though...i've never had that happen before and it really scares me. what if I had already moved those funds out of the account?? It would have overdrawn my bank?! Ugh...gonna have to figure out how to prevent this in the future.
