since i've been pregnant my nipples have really been hurting. will they stay that way after the baby or will the pain go away with the birth?

I had very sore nipples when I was pg, but no problems after the baby was born. Good luck with tandem nursing :) I highly recommend the book Adventures in Tandem Nursing.
