Okay, this is another Alton Brown-inspired question. I watched his show on jamming and preserving and I'd like to try.
Do you jam/preserve? Have you ever had any issues with spoilage? I'm terrified of botulism! (I guess it's not such a worry with acidic things like fruit jams.)
