I was measuring big so we decided to have an ultrasound to rule out twins. We are also adopting 2 siblings who should be here Sept or Oct. Our family will nearly double in size in the next few months.

congratulations, I have twins and if I ever had more I would prefer to do it one at a time.

The best peice of advice I can give you is take any help that is offered. Especially in the beginning. As time goes by there will be less offers of help. Use anything offered to you and take it easy, you'll need your rest for nursing and before long chasing them around and each one going in a different direction. You will have to decide which one to go after first.

So no matter what is offered even just changing a diaper, let them.
