My todder was chasing the male cat around the house last pm, annoying him. He got mad when he was cornered and sprayed in my bedroom. The thing is-I don't know exactly where he sprayed. My room just reeks of cat pee. I sprayed my carpet down with a vinegar mixture and today I put some loose coffee grounds in my room, to absorb the smell. I woke up this am with a sore throat, from breathing in the ammonia from the urine all night. What else can I do to get rid of the smell?

Set fire to the room. ;)

I wish I knew...I can't find the cat pee site in our playroom either. The kids locked the cats down there one day. :rolleyes:

LoL, hard to say...our couch was sprayed over 3 years ago and Ive done everything even steam cleaned it and it still is there.... :rolleyes: sorry mama, it really is stinky stuff!

you can buy a special blacklight at the pet store that will allow you to see where the stain is.
