OK, I have a paypal account that allows CC payments, therefore every payment I receive gets hit with a fee. I want to open another account, but I understand you can only have your bank acct attached to one. So how do you cash it out? I need help or suggestions.

I have 2 accounts. What I do is once I have saved up quite a bit in the free one I send it over to my main accout, only getting hit with the fee once.

I opened another bank account . Netbank offers a free online checking account. Then I tranfer funds to my Netbank account from Paypal. However, Paypal won't let you take money from your Netbank account to pay for transactions on Paypal. Only due to the fact Netbank is only an online bank. I've been with them for the last three years and they've been great.
