I'm, selling something on ebay and someone just emailed and asked me a question, the only button to respnd to that email brings me to an error page. How can i respond to this person????? thanks for the help

There's probably way better ways...but 2 things popped into my mind...check if s/he's selling anything and hit "ask seller a ?" on that auction...or just add the info to your description.

Hope someone has a better idea!
