Try putting a brick on their heads:D

I know what you mean. My older set are 5 now and sometimes I feel like I can't remember what they were like when they were 2 or 3. They just keep getting cuter! and bigger.

Even my 2 year olds are turning into real little boys now!!! Boo Hoo :(

Hope they had a great birthday party!:balloons:

my babies just turned a year. it makes me sad, i know it shouldn't but it's so hard to let go of the infant stage. of course right now i am in denial about it and insisting on seeing them at their adjusted age  .

anyway, i know what you both mean.

sigh.

my oldest is nine. some of the hardest things for me were related to clothing/shoes. giving up the kid hangers and moving to the regular ones is hard for me. the next thing (dare i even tell you?) is when you put on a tee shirt in the middle of the night, grabbing the first clean one off the top of the laundry basket and realize the next morning the shirt belongs to your son. and it fits.

oof. why do our babies grow so fast?

i'm with donna, i think we need some bricks.

Oh Danica - I think it gets even worse than t_shirts that fit! Or so I've been told.

Dh's best friend was over last night and he has 3 grown sons (early 20's). He said he was getting dressed in the dark early one morning and reached for his underwear. He put them on and thought, gee, I have gained alot of weight lately. So he turns on the light to discover he had grabbed his son's underwear!:joker: He said the saddest part of that was he USED to fit in underwear that size!:p :p :p

The next stage for me is getting my younger two through potty-training. When there are no more diapers in the house, then I really will have mixed feelings!!!!!!!
