why would a 12yo cat whos never had an accident start crapping on the floor? Same place, same time....:mad:

I would think something is wrong and kitty needs to see a doctor. Sometimes it's the only way they get us to really know hwat they need... crapping in our path so we can't miss it.

Did you get another new animal? If you did then it could be marking its territory, if not then I'd take it to the vet. he/she could have a problem. Good luck! :)

Well, we have my older son here for the summer, so that adds to the chaos, plus we have 2 dogs, and a few weeks ago we found kittens under our house. She saw the kittens and seemed upset by it. The kittens are gone, and I try to keep the dogs out of the house during the day, and they are in their crates overnight,

I am trying to minimize the stress on her, but she seems like she doesnt want to cope with all the excitement around here.
I dont know what to do. I dont have the $$ to take her to the vet. She seems fine physically.
