I need to buy a relatively inexpensive digital camera. I spent about 3 hours last night looking at ebay and going back and forth to a site that has "reviews" of the cameras, which were really like super-detailed descriptions of the features, and not much real critique. Maybe when you're in that price range, you have to expect, well, not a lot. I plan to go to the library and find a Consumer Reports, but I thought I'd ask here if there's a brand I should just avoid; should I avoid "manufacturer refurbished" ones (so many on ebay are), etc.? I need to take super close-ups of my beads, and I'd like one with optical zoom. I also just need to take good pictures for my chair massage website. Should I just go get one at a store? Advice, please. Thank you, mamas!
