OK I am a smart girl and know exactly how much it costs to make each item, my issue is wholesale buyers get a percent off but with some items it would mean I was getting pennys after materials are paid for.


So how does one determine mark up?

Well, in the real world you figure wholesale FIRST and then retail (2x wholesale cost). In the wahm world, we often figure retail first then try to figure out a wholesale price. WAHM wholesale price is often not 1/2 of retail.
