I can't afford much, maybe $50-70. It doesn't have to be fancy, I just want a clear picture. What makes a digital camera a good one??

I am not sure what is out there in that price range but what you are looking for is the ighest optical zoom (MORE important than digital) and mp size. Just get the most of both for your money iykwim.
