I need to change my last name there, Do I need to just break down and call them? I looked under the Profile link and thats just address and stuff I can't find anywhere to change your name, TIA!!

You have to email them to get a form that you have to fill out. Then you have to photocopy the supporting documentation and fax or mail it all to them. It's real pitb.
