I ahve two drawers full of photos. SHould I just buy a phoot album and stick them in it? I'm not the scrapbooking kind of person. I bought a brand new still in the shrink wrap photo album at Goodwill for $0.69 that holds 340 photos...
How to tackle it?
Put all the photos in a box in one place with the album and go from there?
I swear from now on I'll give away some photos and immediately put the rest in an album!
I will reform! LOL!
Warmly,
Debra

I think photo boxes are awesome. They are easy to organize and add pics as you go along. If I am able to scrapbook one day the pics will be organized for me....if not, the photo boxes stack easily and make it easy to access different sets of pics when I need them (using dividers labeled with event/date in between sets of pics)

I am a certified photo hoarder. I very rarely share my pictures and the out of state in-laws have to take their own snapshots of the kids if they want them. I don't know what is wrong with me...lol.
Anyhow...when I was decluttering at the beginning of the year I realized that in the closet formerly known as the black hole, that I had not one, not two, but THREE huge rubbermaid tubs of photo's. I'm not a scrapper either and the sheer amount of double prints that I had hoarded was amazing. So, I took out all of the doubles and put them into a box, and I am planning to make small albums of the pictures of the kids from the last six years to give as Christmas gifts this year. As far as my copies, I will get them into plain albums sometime this year, or that is my goal at least.
I'm also going to start a yearly camping photo album to be assembled at the end of each camping season. I think that the kids will really enjoy looking back on those pictures.
