Isn't there a place on the USPS site where you can print first class labels w/ DC for $.13? Can you do this w/o paying online (just take it to the PO)?

I tis the USPS shippign assistant, I just downloaded it on this computer a few weeks ago (had it on the old one). I had to search. ijust went to http://www.usps.com and put shipping assistant in the search box and it should come up for you. You have to down load it though but it is worth it to have. You cannot print any postage from it though, just labels and you pay at the post office.
