Go to My Page (http://www.amitymama.com/vb/usercp.php?s=), click on Edit Profile (http://www.amitymama.com/vb/member.php?s=&action=editprofile), and edit your username. Then click on the "submit modifications" button at the bottom of the page.

Thank you Margaret! That was easy ;) Usually you have to get an Admin to do it for you (at least most of the other places I've been on) so I'm kinda surprised.
