This is my first year gardening so maybe I'm easily amused, but I made some collard greens from my garden for dinner tonight. I've never had collards before (never seen them before either - I accidently bought them) so maybe I picked them too early, but they tasted good. I'm just so proud of myself. :D

My lettuce was a bust....something (besides me) kept eating them.

However, I picked some YUMMY peas and ate them all by myself! LOL

Well I have been obsessing and bugging dh like crazy because I grew ONE strawberry LOL :D I ate it tonight too!!

Ahhhhh! We had our 1st cucumber the other night. It was small, more round than long, because it just didnt get long, so it kept growing fatter. So, we had some friends here and i cut it into 4 pieces to share our 1st produce. I was so excited.:p Of course, each of our pieces were bite size, but it was SOOOOO good.
