In the past I just made it with homemade pizza dough. Divide the dough in parts. Flatten it and round it out. Put your stuff in the middle and then enclose it in. Just bake it like you would pizza. When it gets golden it should be ready....I don't know if you use meat if the meat will be ready when the crust is. I never cooked with meat so I don't know.
