Today I got egg Kichel (they looks like cookies LOL),chocolate chip cookies (got these figured out :D ), and a box of Matzos.
Matzos
I don't have a clue what they are LOL... says "remove from box and place in a warm oven to restore crispness and taste"
There is a small picture on the box... but I still can't figure it out :D
Thanks

egg kichel are basically cookies - some have a sugar coating/sprinkled on top. Very light and airy (and crumbly :D)
Matzoh/Matza is what is eaten at Passover instead of bread/leaven products. It can be eaten with jelly/peanut butter/ cream cheese/ etc....on top. Some people make "pizza matzoh" which is a piece of matzoh layered with sauce and cheese (either slices or grated/shredded and popped into the toaster oven/oven to melt. If you do a google search for matzoh recipes you'll find tons of different things including cakes, matzo and eggs (scrambled - officially called matzoh brei (pronounced bri with a long "i" ), chocolate coated matzoh, etc...... The possibilities are pretty much endless - just be creative. (It's basically a plain cracker made with water and flour.)
