Just wondering what everyone wants to work on this week. Having a goal keeps me motivated! Somebody pick, I'm up for anything!

The garage works for us.

Dh has another 4-day weekend coming up. We decided to pull everything out of the garage, clean it, put stuff on ebay, trip to the dump, you get the idea.

I'll have to remember the before and after pics. I'm hoping they will be dramatic.:p

Well that is good cus I was thinking of a week off. I have had a terrible weekend.... two broken windows, a broken peice of Don's blown glass, tooth paste all over her stuffed animals, peanut butter in her bed, another time it was a 1/4 lbs block of parmesean cheese (IN HER BED)... she is done with this schedule and everytime she is left alone she distroys something... last night it was left over oatmeal in my serger. I called Don sunday night and said he had to quit something... we eventually came to the comprimise that he would stay home for the next two days (mon and tues) to help, and then he would go back to our normal chaos for the rest of the 4 weeks (June 26th this is all over!). I need to be motivated today so I can really get the house in order so she does not do these things... she is just done with the chaos... and I really don't blame her. Anyway... I lost it this weekend. BUT I did get the garage clean and two huge loads of stuff taken to goodwill. So I am taking a week off, and I am going to be staying off the computer a bit as well. (But of course I will still be here to check) I just need some time to straiten all of this up... it is not good guys. My family feels as though it is falling apart and we are SO close to the end.

Anyway... I am going to be upbeat, and happy, and my dh and I are going to Kick A$$ on the house today. :)

Love you all...

Love Val

Hugs for you Val; I hope it eases up. I remember weeks and weeks like that, one thing after another. I feel your pain/frustration.

We're down to a spill of something or other every second day. Yesterday while we were decluttering the office, they knocked one of the boxes containing computer parts. HEAVY UPS ... crack/boom ... new hole in brand new floor ... thank god for wood filler pencils.

DH wonders why I moved the dresser out of the boys' room? I have had it to --*--here--*-- picking up the entire contents of the dresser off the floor once a week. They just can't be trusted having such easy access at it, and I CAN NOT be watching them every minute.
