after a year of crappy eating (i had some depression issues after i was told i would have a total hysterectomy at age 27, then the cancer and then the pregnancy. i am just now getting back to normal LOL) i am coming back to whole and organic foods. i was diagnosed with gestational diabetes 2 weeks ago and after some diet playing i am having really good levels with going back to crunchy.

i hope you ladies dont mind my hanging out and asking some questions :butterfly

edited to add: after 2 weeks with no processed sugar i can already tell a difference in my aspergers and OCD (a good difference of course :D )

Ask away. I am getting my diet back to crunchy. The girls is but I eat like crap at work. But, Beth will spend most of the summer here at work with me. So, I need to get better. Today, we ate hotdogs at Sam's because I needed gas in my truck.

Welcome. I love it here; I learn so much from many wise women. As for me, in the past month or so I've become so addicted to organic that I've gotten to the point where if it isn't organic, I don't eat it (which is great since I have a terrible sweet tooth - it's really helping with that because last time I checked, Diet Pepsi and Twix weren't certified organic).
