I would love one that is reasonably priced (not much more than $30) and does some fancy stuff. I love seeing pictures that have a cloudy/hazy edge...they look so dreamy...so one that does that would be a big plus.

Everyother software site I saw was selling this for $50-$80

The only thing I was disapointed in was it doens't come with a manual. I tried to download one from the Ulead website but for somereason I can't open the file. eh.

I second the vote for photoimpact, except I paid full price for it!! $80.00 !! It was worth every penny of it though since I use it all the time for my business, product photos, advertising materials, etc!! It's a steal at the price on Ebay!
