There are only 3 short messages in my pm box and it's giving me the message that it's full. There have been up to 10 messages in there at one time and now this. What's up? What's the official "quota" on the box?

and check your sent and message tracking boxes. They may be making your pm box "full".

And do the pull down menu "from beginning" default is like from the last few days.
