What do you stuff your pitas with? I just bought some mini pitas, and am looking for yummy things to stuf them with....other than hummus, which is a favorite here!

avacado & sprouts
vegi burgers
PB & honey
vegi sloppy joe mix
tofu "chicken" salad
sprouts, spinich, cucumber, tomato & ranch dressing

Oh Chloe! Those sound really good! My new fave snack is diced avocado with diced boiled egg mixed together with soy sauce....I bet I could pita that...oh yum!! :thumbsup:

I don't stuff them, I top them..lol..

Tomato sause, green peppers, mushrooms oregano, cheese and popped in the over ;) Easy peasy (as dd would say) pizza

Chicken stir fry with swiss cheese. BUT, the bigger pitas work better!
