What do you use them for... so far I have heard Rodi and the Rodi family, and Roses. Tomatos? Do they go there? I don't know... what do you use them for?

We put coffee grounds into our compost. It is a great source of nitrogen and adds to the texture of the compost. We toss it in complete with the paper filters that also break down nicely.

You can put it directly with any plant that needs a nitrogen boost. It is a myth that it adds to the acidic quality of soil because most of the acid is removed during the brewing process.

Here is a quick link to some basic coffee grounds info.

I have also heard that ants hate coffee grounds so you can put them where you have an ant problem. Sounds kind of messy to me, but I suppose if it were in an isolated area it would be okay!

Here's a news story I thought you'd find interesting. Its kinda on the same subject: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/4795882/

My great grandmother would put her coffee grounds on her hydrangeas. I don't drink coffee but I'd put the grounds in my compost bin, if I did.

 Nice to see Starbucks pushing this. About a year ago only 1 out of the 5 Starbucks I know of locally was doing it. Of course it was the one furthest away. The rest didn't have a clue what I/we were talking about.
