I found this info and wanted to share:
Find greater meaning and fulfillment working for a more just - and safer - world. Here are some suggestions

~Realize your decisions and actions matter - You have great, untapped power to do good.

~Consider how to make our world a better place. What will we leave our children?

~Read the news - Don’t rely on sound bites. Think about the long-term results of our nation’s lifestyles and policies.

~Talk with family, friends and others, too, about the value of meaningful change. Try to move conversation beyond everyday pleasantries, whenever practical.

~Volunteer for an important issue such as the Environment, Homelessness, Child Poverty, Racism, World Hunger, or Human Rights. Choose what you find most meaningful for you and most valuable for others.

~Help make our democracy work. To a large extent, we get the government and society we deserve. Vote. Support good candidates. Lobby for additional local and national campaign finance reform.

~Donate to charities - We suggest at least 5% of your income. But make sure groups you support use your donations well.
Be creative. Think big. We know of no set limit to how much good you can do.
