I have read many of them (Don Aslett, etc) and to tell the truth I don't get much out of them I just enjoy reading them! How weird is that? (I don't have cable but I've heard there is a show that cleans people's clutter out of their homes!)

I just need to get motivated to do it (have a soda, turn on some music, and get busy!)...

The best cleaning book I've ever read is "Spiritual Housecleaning". It's not just about decluttering, but cleaning out your life as you clean out your closets (ie. that shirt that was a gift from a friend that is no longer your friend should be thrown out to get rid of the negativity). Anyway, it's an excellent book, and very organized going room by room.

I got a lot of ideas out of Sink Reflections by Flylady marla Cilley. I hated all the emails from her online group, but her book is wonderful. I read the Don Aslett stuff too, and it just didn't do much for me.

That was a grat book too, but it was basically her whole website in print. After doing flylady (emails and all) for a few months I got the book and loved it but didn't really learn anything new. Anyway, I'm ramnbling. All I'm saying is it's good for people who don't want to do all the emails and stuff, useless for people who do. :)
