It used to be on their "shops" page and now I can't find it. (This is the link you use if you want PayPal to generate a CC# for you so you can shop at a site that doesn't accept traditional PayPal payments.) I've sent them an email but I know it's going to take a while for them to reply to me.

Can you see the "shop anywhere" link on their site?

You can get to it after logging into your acct by clicking on the "withdraw" tab and then the "Shop Online with Paypal virtual card" link.
