PEDIALYTE RECIPE:

2 quarts water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
7 tbsp. sugar
1 pkt. sugar-free koolaide (optional)

Mix all ing. together in a pitcher and store in refridgerator. Use instead of juice or milk, for dirrhea, vomiting and fever.

Also makes good popsicles, which can help bring down a fever.



POPSICLES:

Pineapple coconut~
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1.2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup shredded coconut

Orange pineapple~
Oj
unsweetened pineapple

Tutti Frutti~
1 1/4 cups crushed fruit- banana, berries and pineapple
1/4 cup honey

Fudgebars~
1 1/4 cups half-and-half or milk
1/4 cup choc. cyrup

Choconut~
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup half-and-half or milk
1/4 cup choc. syrup
1/4 cup shredded coconut

Orange cream~
OJ
yogurt

Strawberries and cream~
1/2 cup crushed ripe berries
1/2 cup half-and-half or milk
1/4 cup honey

Very berry~
1 1/4 cups mixed ripe berries
1/4 cup honey

Grape apple~
1/2 cup frozen grape juice concentrae
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water

Banana strawberry~
3/4 cup crushed ripe strawberries
1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/4 cup honey

Creamy Coconut~
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup milk or half-and-half
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup shredded coconut

Cinnamon Apple~
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1.4 tsp. cinnamon

Thanks for the recipies, with the warmer months coming on that will be helpful to have.

I also have to say that your picture in your siggy line and the caption brought a smile to my face. Your boys are so cute! I sure wish I could have nursed my twins longer but I had to stop when they were 17 months old because I had surgury and had to start chemo.... but anyways, thanks for sharing!

They were so cute sitting on the bed nursing their "babies" that I had to get a picture.
Enjoy the recipes. They came from HearthSong w/ my popsicle molds a year or 2 ago. They have saved us a lot of $$ over that time.
