:mad: I'm soooo irritated. I just spent hours on the phone with Dell, reformatting my hard drive, and re-installing all of my software on my computer which has been acting up for weeks.

Now my Norton Works (which previously acted fine) is acting funny. I opened it, and the Norton window disappears after about 5 seconds. Does anyone have any idea why it would be doing this?? :confused:

i usually blame that on a .dll file that got lost somewhere in the process... try uninstalling and then reinstalling the software in question.

i HATE when that happens. we've had that happen with both outlook express and internet explorer on way too many occasions. for no reason at all, they just stop working. at least no reason that can be determined, lol. so we've switched to mozilla, for the most part.
