I am new to this website and just listed an intro in another forum, however I thought I would pop in here and say hello because I seem to share alot of interests with the parents here!

My name is Ashen and I have a 2 year old little boy and am currently ttc number two :)

We are originally from the east coast, but have recently moved to southwestern Montana, just outside of the yellowstone gates in Gardiner. I am new to the area, and all though it is beautiful,I feel very isolated. Are there any parents here who know about th is area or live near by?

My son is just potty learning, although he was cloth diapered till now. We also are still breastfeeding, cosleeping, eat organic wholefoods/grow our own when we can...and welllotsof other like minded ideas.

So I just wanted to say hello! :)

Welcome!! Glad to have you here. Stick around, and though I'm not from montana, and can't be your local friend, it may make you feel better to know that I"M JEALOUS!!!!! you live by yellowstone. *sigh* I'd really enjoy that.

Tee hee.

welcome.

Hiya! Why'd you move?

What sort of cloth diapers?

What do you see out your window?

well, we moved because my partner got a job working on a local ranch here were they breed and mountian train painted horses. so we live just outside the ranch just near the yellowstone river. it's only about a stone thow's away.

we used to use aio cloth diapers, but my son has been using cloth training pants i made myself for about 6 months and has been doing really well with potty learning.

when i look outside my window i see the side horse field for the main property, mountains in the distance, and still lots of mud on the ground...can't wait for spring and wildflowers!
