I actually did a Google search and it has a bunch (link to search below). Don't know exactly what kind you are looking for but you can even search by marriage certificate or birth certificate on some sites (some sites cost $$ too).

For finding people, I've always relied on mamma.com. Just type in "person search" and it will give you all kinds of options.
