Sun: Chicken Breasts with spinich and cheese. Sides: Salad, buttered egg noodles and corn on the cob.
Mon: Zucchini Corn Casserole. Sides: Corn bread and salad.
Tues: Creamy Swiss Steak. Sides: Rolls, green beans and mashed potatoes
Wed: Pot O Veggies. Sides: BBQ beans and biscuits.
Thurs: Sloppy Joes. Sides: Tater tots and salad.
Fri: Pinto beans. Sides: Corn bread and spanish rice
Sat: Beef Stew. Sides: Rolls and salad.

Monday: Frijoles de Splendor and corn tortillas, steamed green beans
Tuesday: chickpea a la king served over brown rice, salad
Wednesday: stir fried vegetables served over a bed of raw shredded carrot
Thursday: sweet potato and bean burritoes with steamed broccoli
Friday: creamy mushroom and broccoli soup with salad
Saturday: left overs
Sunday: steamed veggie plate with a salad and bean burger

Friday: Pizza
Saturday: baked pasta
