I am wondering how I can set up my sig line so that I can just have "my feedback" or "my ebay auctions" instead of showing the URL, I think it would be much more attractive that way.

example:
[url*=linkhere]words you want to show here[/url*]

Take out the * and use the actual link you want to connect to and then the words you want to show.

example2 useing your feedback in your sig as a link:
[*url=http://www.amitymama.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=118295]My Feedback[/url*]

without the *'s will give you
My Feedback (http://www.amitymama.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=118295)
