I am going to be doing some volunteer work for a non-profit agency. I will need to work with some data that is currently in MS Word and MS Access. I have Works 7.0 as the office software that came on my computer.

Is there some way I could purchase MS Word for <$200 (preferably much less)? Since this is volunteer work, I would hate to spend more than that and the agency is not able to purchase it for me. I think I could just purchase the upgrade since I have Works 7.0 already.

Thanks!!
Arlene

Hi,

I don't have MS Word by itself or the upgrade to Works 7, but I have Works 4.5 I could sell for cheap :)

Never mind. My wonderful DH (knickname: The Ohganizah) organized the extra CD's (Word, graphics, etc) and book into that special place where he puts things, but never remembers where it is (99% of the time it's the garbage can), but SWEARS he didn't throw it away  I have the main program CD, but that won't do you much good if you're wanting to use Word/Office.

Sorry,
Antonia
