Recently, after updating, changing IP's, etc. my graphics on websites are fuzzy and weird. What's going on?

One of the main reasons for fuzziness would be that the size is changing from the original. Meaning, the graphic on the server is say... 200 pixels wide.. and it is being displayed as 300 pixels wide.

Is this happening on a web site? Or here? An example would help a lot. :)

Also, if you use AOL, there is (used to be?) a setting to use compressed graphics. Maybe some other ISPs with their own web "interface" (msn?) have something similar, as well.
