USPS has started the "Click 'n Ship" program. Print priority postage and pay w/ your credit card online. You get free DC and you can give the packages to your mail carrier.

I use stamps.com still because click 'n ship doesn't let you do first class but it would be cool for mamas who don't want to pay for stamps.com

You do need a scale though...
