I tried "Gimme Lean" and it was give me a barf bag this stuff is gross! What are some good tasting breakfast fake meats?
I like boca crumbles and quorn stuff ok for just once in awhile change.

Did you try Gimme Lean sausage or the regular Gimme Lean? We like the sausage flavor quite a bit, but the regular flavor is like Alpo, LOL.

Morningstar farms isn't bad, but dry.

i like morningstar farms! i did not care for Boca, but if you like something really moist and juicy, that would be the way to go.
and i got much tastier results cooking on the stove than i did in a microwave.

I really like morningstar farms too. I agree it's a little dry, but I didn't mind that.

I like the lightlife fakin bacon-made from tempeh:thumbsup:

We like Morning star. But try the round patties instead of the sausage links. Too bad the stuff is so expensive.

I like the Boca links the best. Morningstars are ok. We don't buy them too often as they are kinda expensive.

I love the gardenburger round patties, the morningstar ones taste like chicken patties to me for some reason. Someimes I think they smell like coffe when I microwave them but they taste SO good!

Also Yves has a link shaped italian sausage that's really yummy in a breakfast bake we make.
