how do i find packages en route with my account number (as opposed to the tracking numbers)? i know this can be done, right? i have looked all over the site and can't figure it out. if you use fed ex and know how to do this can you pretty please post a link for me?

i guess you really can't use your account number to track?

If you log in, you should be able to go to your "track inbox". If you don't see it, go to "My Preferences" in your "manage my account", and change the "track Inbox" option to show more lines.

I wish I could use Fedex again - the place I used to ship from has closed down.

Just pray you never have to file an insurance claim with them. I sold something to another AW mama and it broke on the way there. I filed a claim and they picked it up from her, but they botched the paperwork and it took me a good 4 months+ to actually GET the money from them. Anyway, their customer service BITES, but I LOVE the ground service because A) it's cheaper than UPS and USPS and B), I can just fill out the info online, stick it on and drop it all off! LOVE IT!
