Timeline is based on a terrific book by Michael Crichton. When I read the book I told DH "they HAVE to make this into a movie", so the minute it came to town I called the sitter! LOL

This is not a kid's movie. Mid teens and up might enjoy it. There's a little swearing and a lot of people being stabbed by swords, a very intense battle scene. No sex or nudity, no outright gore.

It's a fast-paced, well-made exciting movie and we were scared all the good parts would be what we saw in the trailer for it but not so! A great, fun 2 hours (115 min. that is) and worth the price of admission.

PS Paul Walker (from Fast and the Furious) stars and he is oh-so-adorable so that helps! :D )

Dh and my teen ds listened to the book on tape when we traveled cross country. Nice to hear the movie's good, they plan to go see it :) I'll end up waiting for video, as usual :rolleyes:
