I know my biological father's full name, and where he lives now. Anyone know how I can find out where he's from, other than being Sioux? Thanks.

Well, do you know what tribe within the Sioux nation he's from? Theoretically, you should be able to get his birth certificate and work from there, but contacting the tribe you'd get more information.
