They have mock chicken, pudding, burgers...those where a few that caught my eye. If I come across any other websites that carry tofu or vegan recipes, I'll share the wealth! By the way, does anyone have the UNCHEESE COOKBOOK and if so, is it worth buying? My library doesn't carry it. Thanks!

the same author wrote Vegan Vittles which I ADORE!!! I have Uncheese on reserve but there were three ahead of me so it could be awhile before I let you know!! Check you library for Vegan Vittles, she has a few cheese recipes but I haven't tried them yet!
