My 4yo dd decided to glue the furniture to her dollhouse. Both the house and furniture are wood. I got most of it apart, but there are a few pieces stuck and I just cannot get them off. I tried prying them off with a butter knife, and a screwdriver and they won't come loose. I broke one piece of the furniture trying to pull it off, so if I can ever get the base of it loose I will now have to repair it also. I am so upset! I hope I can get everything off, cleaned and repaired now, it's going to be such a big project. I really don't want this stuff destroyed, I wanted to be able to keep this as toy for her children someday, but the way things are going it won't last because she is just ruining it all. Any advice will be great, I'm willing to try just about anything to get these pieces off. Thanks!

What kind of glue? White glue?
I'd lay a damp (not wet) sponge on the surface, then scrape when softened. It could take an hour or so. The wood will be softened too, so go slowly. Then, when the wood is dry (overnight) I'd sand it with a very fine grit sand paper if there's still excess glue. Don't sand damp wood.
Is it finished/unfinished?
Edit: I see now that the furniture is still glued to the surface. I'd still try getting moisture on it to loosen. May take a few sponges, but try and sandwich the sponges around the connections.
Another thought, you could use a straight edge razor to try and cut them free. Do it when you're calm tho. ;) It's a slow process to avoid gouging the wood OR YOU.

My BIL just did this with a cradle. He used a hair dryer to soften up the glue and then just pulled apart the joints.
