Hi, mamas. I'm new to this board. I'm not totally vegetarian, but am heading in that direction.
I've been keeping a food diary for the past week, writing down exactly what I eat, when I eat it and how much I eat. My goal is to see what I'm doing well on, what needs improvement, and what just needs tweaking. It is very interesting to see the results!
Anyway, I'm having a hard time finding the daily nutritional requirements for a nursing mom. If anyone could help me with this, I would really appreciate it! Thanks!
