We've been hs'ing for 3 years now and I've yet to figure out what to keep and how to keep it. I'm thinking about all papers going into a binder and maybe keeping pics of projects in the same book.

How do you store it and how much of it do you keep? I need to keep it for "just in case" if they ever go to public school and I'd like a record of what's been covered for placement.

I wish I knew. I keep all my stuff in those cardboard file boxes in the garage.

I keep 2 samples per subject per quarter. I keep it in a manilla envelope, 1 per child per year.

I aim to keep one small picket folder with samples per year, plus pictures. Last years didn't get organized yet so I have a couple of folders to go back and sort.
i keep a file folder in my cabinet near my desk with each kid's name on it and toss in things that look especially folder-worthy into it all year. Then I just dig out a few pictures to go along with it... of a field trip, art project, nature thing... whatever.
