I have Form Drawing for Grades One Through Four. It's a good one, we plenty of use out of it. It starts out with straight lines, so even if your just starting form drawing it would be good.
I just ordered Noble knights of knowledge sunday afternoon, so I don't know about it yet, it looks like it rocks. But if you scroll down a little in the alt learning forum you'll see a thread we had not too long ago about it and one of the mama's put a good review in there.
