recommend and A&P book?

Can anyone recommend an anatomy and physiology book that would be appropriate for a 7/8 year old that is interested in that kind of thing?

I'm thinking about getting her one of those human body things you can take the organs out of and put back together, and the anatomy book to go with it. We have a subtle anatomy book she's been 'reading' since she was 3 (I had the only 3 yo around who could tell you all about your vertebra) and now she needs something a little meatier. She told me this evening she wants to go to med school when she's old enough.

Thanks!
