http://www.doa.state.nc.us/dnpe/hhh110.htm when your child is 7 or older. Yearly testing is required, although you don't submit the scores. The teaching parent must have a high school diploma. it was a little of a shock for me coming from a low regulation state, but its not too hard to comply. i think the hardest will be the testing. However, you can administer the cat yourself, so that's what we're planning on doing.
