Guess what my little prankster baby learned how to do!

He know's how to take his diaper off! Last night he somehow got it off while we were all sleeping and pee'd on our bed. Then jason put a new diaper on him and put him in his crib and we woke up to him standing up looking at us with no diaper on and he had pee'd in his crib. Oy! Last week it happened too but I didn't think anything of it. I figured I just didn't put it on right cause I was half asleep.

Is it possible he know's how to get it off already?? he's almost 11 months! Tonight he has a onsie on so we shouldn't have any pee'in problems he hasn't figured out onsies yet

There have been times that I had to duct tape the diaper on my dd. She would take it off at the most inopportune times. I didn't use duct tape on cloth, though, just disposables.

She would come to me, and tell me she was poopy WHILE taking off her diaper!! NOOOOO!

I had to put jordans on backwards for a while to trip her up. We used medical tape at night to secure it a few times too
Once she got a bit older she realized if she took it off at night and peed shed be cold and it didn't smell to good, so she won't do it AT NIGHT anymore. But she still rips it off during the day if she doesn't have pants on.

Oh no. I remember ds1 doing that a few times when he was a baby. I had to have him wear a onesie all the time for a while.

Right there with ya mama! Anna just discovered it last week and she gets the biggest kick out of undo'ing one side as I try to get the other side done...takes some quick hands to get some babies diapered, lol.

Part of me is really proud of him because he learned something new, and the other part of me wishes his newest discovery didn't involve peeing on the bed

Oh and Amy.. yes changing diapers is quite the challenge! He's always trying to crawl away. at this point it's easier to change him while he's standing up, he can't walk yet.. so doesn't go far

Time to invest in a mattress protector, or something of the like

Yeah Hunter! Sorry to mama

You can laugh with me when Elle figures it out 6 months or so from now.

We've taken to putting on shorts or underpants over Mari's diaper when she sleeps because she does the same thing. She sleeps w/ us, so a baby w/ no diaper on our bed is seriously no good! We have a bunch of those colored underpants things that came w/ dresses she's been given and we just throw one of those on when it's too hot to put jammies on her. Or if we're out of those we use a pair of shorts. Hopefully Hunter'll move on to something new soon! But what will that be, something worse?
